Timothy Green

Senior Pastor

Pastor Timothy G. Green is the Husband of Ann M. Green and father of James and Latrice Green.  Timothy Green became a born again believer in the Lord Jesus Christ in January of 1993.  He then began his journey as a disciple of Jesus after becoming a member of Kendall Baptist Church (KBC) located in Temple Hills, MD under the leadership of Pastor Lamont S. Jones.  While sitting under the teaching of Pastor Jones, he was inspired to read and study the word of God more in-depth.  He then enrolled in the KBC discipleship training courses and began assisting the youth minister with weekly Bible study classes. While assisting with the youth Bible study, he received his call into the Gospel ministry.  After completing all Bible training offered by KBC, Tim began taking classes at the Washington Bible College in Lanham MD. Minister Tim was licensed to preach in April of1999 and served as an associate minister at KBC for 12 years. While serving at KBC, Tim held the positions of Discipleship Training Director, Sunday school teacher, ministry board counsel, pre-marriage counselor, Men’s retreat coordinator, and evangelism leader.  Minister Tim was ordained in 2005 in the presence of several other local pastors and subsequently began pursuing the vision God had given him to start Grace Bible Fellowship.
